Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Start Date: ASAP

Our client, a prominent Fortune 500 retail leader , is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join their in-house creative team in Cincinnati. This is a permanent, onsite role -you'll be working in their downtown office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote. Candidates must be local to Cincinnati or able to relocate quickly (within 1-2 weeks of offer acceptance).

What You'll Do

• Design and animate motion graphics for social media, web, and video content
• Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, brand managers, and campaign leads
• Apply strong typography, photography, and graphic design skills to inspire action
• Support creative development across targeted communication channels
• Ensure final deliverables meet channel specifications and brand standards
• Participate in revisions and feedback cycles with the team

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-time motion graphics design experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Communications
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Background in CPG, B2C, retail, agency, or in-house environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
