CROWN is looking for a Motion Designer who can turn strategy and storytelling into kinetic, scroll-stopping visuals. Youâll help define how ideas move â across campaigns, brands, and platforms â blending design, animation, and sound to create culture-driven work that feels alive.
You should be fluent in modern motion tools and trends, confident designing for social, digital, and experiential formats, and obsessed with craft. If you live somewhere between After Effects and Unreal Engine, and you get as much joy out of easing curves as color grading, youâll fit right in.
Concept, design, and animate motion assets across campaigns, social, digital, and experiential formats
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, editors, and producers to bring brand stories to life through movement
Translate static brand systems into dynamic visual languages that adapt across platforms
Stay ahead of emerging motion, 3D, and generative design trends â from typography in motion to AI-assisted workflows
Design and animate for a variety of outputs: videos, reels, web, AR, and large-format installations
Manage multiple projects with precision, quality, and creative energy
3â7 years of motion design experience (agency, studio, or in-house creative team)
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine preferred
Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual rhythm
Experience with sound design or motion-based storytelling a plus
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines without sacrificing creativity
Experience with 3D, generative, or interactive motion (Unreal, TouchDesigner, Runway, etc.)
Familiarity with social-first formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Understanding of brand systems and how motion expresses identity
Curiosity about AI-enhanced tools and creative technology
A visual storyteller with taste, timing, and technical skill
Equal parts designer and problem solver
Constantly learning new tools, plug-ins, and workflows
Comfortable in collaborative creative environments â but self-motivated enough to take ideas all the way from sketch to export
Obsessed with the details: timing, sound, texture, energy
