With 80% travel required, you'll experience new challenges and environments while enjoying a structured and rewarding schedule: two weeks on the road, followed by a full week off!

What We Offer:

• Pay up to $25.00/hour.
• Travel Perks: $50.00/day per diem and paid mileage if using your own vehicle. (Transportation provided for out of state travel, if needed.)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Completing work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Carpentry - rotted wood repair & window replacement
• Fire restoration
• Preparing units for new tenants (make-ready/turning units).
• Painting, staining, and maintaining interior and exterior spaces.
• Managing preventative maintenance programs for properties.
• Handling basic plumbing, basic electrical, and drywall repairs.
• Leading capital projects, including rehabs and major repairs.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off, with 10-hour shifts and up to 110 hours worked during the two-week period.
• Skills:
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Transportation provided for out of state travel, if needed)
