We're seeking a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our Occupational Health team in Albany, NY. This role offers a unique blend of clinical practice and leadership, focusing on workers' compensation cases and telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive occupational health assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Prescribe and evaluate interventions for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise clinic staff and manage daily operations
• Provide telehealth services, expanding access to care
• Uphold organizational mission, vision, and values in all aspects of work
• New York State licensed and registered Nurse Practitioner
• National Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NPI number and Medicare Enrollment (or eligibility within 6 months of hire)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Prior experience in Occupational Medicine, Musculoskeletal, or Orthopedic care
Work Schedule and Benefits• Part-time (0.8 FTE), 32 hours per week
• 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday)
• Flexible schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
• 2 days in-office, 2 days remote/telehealth
• No on-call, weekend, or holiday work
• Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $147,004 DOE
