Job Description

Description of the Role: The Occupational Health Nurse at HR Employer Solutions Group is responsible for providing comprehensive health services to employees. They will work in collaboration with management, HR, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments and pre-employment screenings
Administer vaccinations and medications as needed
Provide first aid and emergency care
Develop and implement health promotion programs
Assist in managing workplace incidents and injuries
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care
Provide education and training on health-related topics
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware
Previous experience in occupational health or related field
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic medical records
CPR and first aid certification
