Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, fostering a productive and efficient work environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that include managing communication, supporting office logistics, and assisting in various departmental functions. Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as required
