Job Description

Since its creation in 2004, Whitepod aims to prove that hospitality and environmental conservation can coexist to create a unique and positive experience. The use of energy and water is controlled. The Role

Duties:

  • Manage work order management system – enter and distribute daily work order request
  • Manage incoming emails for the Service department
  • Support in daily operations

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry for work order
  • Receiving and verifying invoices
  • Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
