Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Oversee and prioritize projects related to client implementation and tracking client run logs.
Define and streamline implementation processes, ensuring all deliverables and timelines align with business objectives.
Lead client implementation calls, document key takeaways, and track action items for follow-up.
Operations Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop standard operating procedures that enhance communication and efficiency.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Analyze client trends through data reporting to support decision-making.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage relationships with vendors supporting customer service initiatives.
Maintain and update customer service documentation as needed.
Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of objectives and challenges.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Refine ticketing, monitoring, and reporting processes to boost operational efficiency.
Introduce best practices for Agile and technical project management to enhance project delivery.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, test results, and compliance records.
Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, key performance indicators, and technical insights.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in operations and client management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry.
Strong track record of implementing solutions to client challenges.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to execute quickly, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience working in a collaborative team setting.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Leadership, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Ability to effectively multitask while ensuring positive outcomes.
Work Schedule
This exempt-level role requires flexibility to work the hours necessary to achieve business goals, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays. Standard business hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Travel Requirements
This role may require occasional domestic travel and attendance at industry conferences or meetings.
