NetSuite Administrator | Full-Time, Onsite, Direct Hire | King of Prussia, PA | $70K-$80K

Are you ready to take your NetSuite expertise to the next level while making a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization?
The organization serves as the connecting body of one of the most diverse denominations in the United States, based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The organization is seeking a talented and collaborative individual to administer its Oracle NetSuite ERP solution and provide first-level user and technical support. This role requires strong Excel expertise to assist end-users in analyzing data exported from NetSuite. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and within a team environment.

A Day in the Life of a NetSuite Administrator:

  • Administer the NetSuite platform and act as the primary point of contact with NetSuite Support.
  • Support the executive team and sales operations requests.
  • Plan, review, and customize NetSuite as needed.
  • Develop, document, and adhere to formal policies, procedures, and protocols for system changes, customization, standards, and usage.
  • Maintain data quality using queries (Saved Searches and Reports).
  • Create and manage security roles.
  • Document system configurations and business processes.
  • Provide end-user support with data analysis and management in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analyze data using filtering, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and VLOOKUP.
  • Engage with end-users to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance and conduct training sessions to improve user adoption.
  • Offer front-line support for all NetSuite functionalities and data maintenance.
  • Manage user roles and system access, coordinating with HR for onboarding/offboarding.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks across various business units.
  • Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.

Help Desk Support:

  • Answer questions from the constituent base regarding NetSuite navigation and functionality.
  • Resolve NetSuite issues, assist with data searches, report creation, and explain data relationships.

Required Skills and Experience of a Qualified NetSuite Administrator:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance technical skills and business understanding.
  • Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of configuring, developing, and evolving the NetSuite system.
  • Proficient in Help Desk support, providing pleasant and effective service to a diverse constituency.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP solution.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration, and analysis.
  • Light knowledge of SuiteScript is a plus.
  • Programming experience/knowledge is desirable but not required.
  • Oracle NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification preferred.

Compensation of a NetSuite Administrator:
The organization offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70K-$80K, employer-paid contributions to a 403(b) retirement plan, healthcare benefits, and paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays). This is a full-time, onsite position in King of Prussia, PA.
