Job Description

Description The Order Fulfillment & Inventory Control Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role is critical to delivering a seamless experience for our clientele and supporting the operational backbone of our business. Key Responsibilities + Process and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. + Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits. + Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments. + Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems. + Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock and order data. + Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends. + Ensure compliance with company standards for quality and presentation. Requirements + Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment and inventory control, preferably in retail or e-commerce. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
