Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist The Order Fulfillment Specialist will work within our Crystal Sales organization, helping to wrap and ship customer orders 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role has the potential to grow into a full time position.

The Order Fulfillment Specialist must be local to Little Falls, NY and be able to provide their own transportation.

Weekly Responsibilities Include:

• Wrapping and shipping orders carefully, yet quickly and efficiently
• Matching specimens accurately with invoices, checking shipping fees for accuracy, etc.
• Writing personalized thank-you notes to customers and preparing give-away crystal gifts
• Preparing and creating identification tags for mineral specimens
• Following up on unpaid orders, contacting customers with overdue invoices
• Invoicing/refunding customers for shipping charges
• Creating and printing shipping labels using PayPal
• Monitoring post office pickups, delivering packages to post office on non-pick up days
• Cleaning/organizing shipping room, monitoring shipping supply levels

The Ideal Candidate for this Position

• Must be organized, tidy, and have an EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail--our goal is to ship hundreds of delicate mineral specimens with high levels of accuracy and zero damage to the crystals.
• Must be skilled with computersfor example, must be adept with typing, using spreadsheets, keyboard shortcuts, and be able to use the Google program suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).
• Must be able to concentrate for long periods on a steady workload
• Is capable of working under pressure to meet time sensitive demands
• Is able to work independently
• Has good problem-solving skills
• Has legible, neat handwriting

Other Desirable Skills:

• Interest In/knowledge of crystals and minerals is a plus! (But not required!)
• Tech savvy/Basic computer knowledge
• Experience using PayPal

The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays an integral role in our business as they help us get crystals into the hands of our wonderful customers! Compensation: Training Rate at $15.50/ hour, with opportunities to grow ($16-$20/hr) after 60 day probationary period. Position has the potential to grow into a full time role.
