Description Join us and play a key role in managing the full life cycle of a sales order in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You’ll collaborate with a variety of departments to ensure timely delivery, processing of sales order related transactions, and maintenance of master data. This position may require occasional evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities - Process project sales orders in the MRP system according to the fully executed contract along with any sales orders in accordance with the process and procedures in place.
- Manage the lifecycle of the sales order by executing changes related to source of supply, delivery dates, billing plans, etc., and coordinate with different departments to effect the changes on the downstream processes.
- Monitor open sales order and take appropriate action and follow-ups to different teams to ensure transactions are completed.
- Escalate any issues related to delivery, delay in transaction processing, and any contractual obligation that may be at risk.
- Manage customer facing delivery dashboard that includes all expected delivery date information.
- Attend customer calls and work closely with customers on delivery reconciliation including Proof of Delivery documentation (signed shipping documents).
- Provide support to Project Management, Demand Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams for sales order changes, delivery confirmations and tracking.
- Process fully executed change orders and returns related to the projects in the system.
- Continuous validation that all MRP data related to a specific sales order is accurate and up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data and identifying/resolving issues in sales documents, purchase orders and deliveries.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, backorder management, and inventory management.
- 2+ years of hands-on ERP experience like NetSuite, SAP, others.
