Summary:

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing Federal contracting company seeking an experienced Part-Time EEOC Attorney/Lawyer (JD) to support a Federal Government Agency. Attorney shall independently perform a variety of complex legal, technical, and administrative functions to support agency.

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Conduct legal research for assigned counsel’s use in EEOC, MSPB, and OSC matters.

· Prepare pre-trial materials, discovery materials, draft motions, and other written pleadings

· Draft proposal responses, pleadings, and motions related to matters pending before the MSPB, EEOC, or OSC.

· Document review.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • JD required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in federal employment law including practice before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSBP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with federal audit agency programs.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience interpreting Whistleblower protection laws under IC Empowerment Act of 2016 and the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Section 828.
  • Exceptional writing skills as well as adept at legal research and legal editing.
