Job Title: Performance Quality Analyst

Location: Bethesda, MD

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on automation testing and performance engineering
• Comfort with several scripting technologies - Typescript, Python, Javascript, Bash, et al
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, NeoLoad, Appium, or similar
• Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and techniques for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for automating tasks and building development tools
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile development environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and tight deadline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
