About the Role: As a Personal Assistant at Style Netbox, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations for our team members. You’ll handle scheduling, communications, and various personal and professional tasks, helping optimize efficiency in the workplace. Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for team members.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
• Handle email correspondence and phone calls, filtering and responding as needed.
• Assist with personal errands and tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all tasks and communications.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide general support to other team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
