Job Description

Senior Helpers has an immediate need for an Experienced In-Home PCA, Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver for one of our clients in Boyertown . This is a part time opportunity (4 hours a day/4 days a week.).

Hours: 11am-2pm Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri.
Job Part-time.

Pay: $18.00 per hour.

This candidate MUST be OK with: Large Dogs, Personal Care and Light Housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Able to pass Criminal Background Check.
• TB Required : 2 Step PPD, Quantiforum or a Chest X-Ray.
• Social Security Card.
• Must be able to work with male and female clients.
• Comfortable with cats and dogs.
• Comfortable with clients that smoke.
• Able to take clients out in personal vehicle for errands, appointments, outings, and procedures when required.

Job Duties:

Job Duties are subject to change based on client’s personalized care plans but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation.
• Personal Care – showering, dressing, grooming, oral care, hair care, toileting, incontinence care.
• Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Linen, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming.
• Meal Preparation.
• Medication reminders.
