We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Part-Time Technician to join our team at our 503B outsourcing facility. The Technician will play a crucial role in the compounding process, ensuring that all products are prepared accurately and safely in accordance with industry standards and regulations. There are a total of 2 positions available ranging from 10-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
-Prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile medications in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
- Operate and maintain compounding equipment and tools, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Conduct routine quality control checks and documentation to maintain compliance with facility standards.
- Assist in the training of new staff on compounding techniques and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure the timely production of medications.
- Maintain accurate records of compounding activities and inventory management.
- Uphold best practices for infection control and aseptic techniques in all compounding activities.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy or compounding, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Although prior experience is preferred, motivated individuals without prior pharmacy experience will be considered.
