Job Description

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porsche Pro to join our team at our state of the art Porsche dealership in Westmont, IL. The Porsche Pro expands relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Porsche Pro is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of sales associates. Napleton Automotive Group owns and operates 50 retail automotive dealerships in seven states. Our group also has rental car facilities, body shops, and a real estate portfolio located throughout the nation. New car franchises include, Acura, Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, BMW, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jeep, KIA, Lexus, Maserati, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, RAM, Subaru, Scion, Toyota, and Volkswagen. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and inquire about their visit to see how you can best assist them.
• Become knowledgeable of the Porsche products and inventory in order to provide the requested information to Napleton's customers.
• Reach out to existing customers in effort to generate more business and source potential new customers to see if they're interested in the Porsche products.
• Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with co-workers, management team, and customer to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Product presentation's ,delivery of new and pre-owned Porsche's. 2nd deliveries, connect activation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced background with sales or customer service experience preferred.
• PC proficiency
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
