We're looking for a Pre-Call Specialist to join our team and help us prepare leads for follow-up appointments. This is a very teachable, entry-level role that's perfect if you're a strong communicator, eager to grow, and ready to deliver a professional experience—even in short, simple calls.
Make outbound calls to contacts to leave brief messages or confirm information
Inform homeowners that someone will visit their property to take photos
Conduct quick interviews about to collect important details.
Log call outcomes accurately and report relevant info
Ensure all scheduled contacts are called during key windows.
Professional communication style and tone
Advanced English skills (C1 Level).
Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
Ability to stay focused and sound natural (not robotic)
Comfortable following scripts and adapting as needed
Experience in call centers or as a BDR
Familiarity with CRMs or basic call logging systems
A professional, reliable work environment at home
