Job Description:
We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and experienced Preschool Director to lead an Early Education Department with love, care, and a vision for nurturing precious neshamos. 

The preschool currently serves two Nursery (3s) classes and two Kindergarten (4s) classes, and has a strong, well-deserved reputation for warmth which the school is committed to maintaining. 

The Preschool Director will oversee all aspects of the preschool’s daily operations, ensuring a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment based on Hashkafas HaTorah while fostering a positive partnership between staff and parents. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and support staffing, supervision, and professional development for all preschool faculty. 
  • Foster a warm, loving atmosphere where each child feels valued and supported. 
  • Maintain strong parent communication, building positive relationships and ensuring parents are involved and informed. 
  • Implement a developmentally appropriate, Torah-centered curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth. 
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing requirements and maintain all necessary records. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with the overall vision and values of the school. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including carpool, scheduling, and program planning. 

Qualifications: 

  • A degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including leadership or administrative experience. 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Passion for nurturing the spiritual and emotional growth of young Neshamos. 
  • Ability to foster a warm, collaborative team environment that supports teachers and promotes professional growth. 
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 DOE
