Compensation: $30.00 per hour.
Job Overview Our Graduate Summer Internship Program is designed for driven individuals seeking to deepen their expertise, tackle meaningful projects, and gain invaluable professional exposure within the dynamic world of genetics.
Throughout the program, you’ll work on impactful, resume-level projects that align with your skills and career goals, providing you with hands-on experience that translates directly into future opportunities. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you’ll explore real-world applications of advanced concepts, gaining insights and knowledge that will set you apart in your field. Some of the projects that you will lead/participate in during your internship that will enable you to have this experience, include:
- Assist in the capture, collation and analysis of market research
- Collaborate with Product Management team members and cross-functional partners in the review and assessment of data
- Become familiar with Ambry’s offerings and end-to-end client experience
- Become familiar with the competitive landscape in our space
- Present a report-out of key findings to the broader Marketing organization

JOB SPECIFICATIONS II. EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Must be currently enrolled in graduate program with an accredited college/university
- Familiarity with clinical genetic testing a plus
III. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Skill, Abilities and Capabilities):
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Proven experience in cross-functional and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on critical thinking and innovation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment (Note that our entire product marketing team works remotely from across the U.S. While there will be opportunities to go onsite for team meetings, this is largely a remote opportunity.)
IV. EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a commercial organization or working in a laboratory, scientific and/or software-focused role is preferred but not required

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
