The Production Associate is responsible for collaborating with other Campus Production staff to support events and production support needs. The Production Associate will directly oversee Next Gen Production environments, coordinate with Production Campus Lead for covering events, and assist in live production as needed.

Essential Job Functions 

• Audio/visual setup of events and weekend services (student, children venues) 
• Assist in programming and support of special and outside events and weekend services 
• Technical support for events and weekend services 
• Manage production events 
• Recruitment, training, and support of production volunteers for Next Gen Production and Events

• Lighting and audio board operation knowledge 
• Proficient in basic computer knowledge and presentation programs 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends
