Interfaith Dental is a nonprofit transforming lives through dentistry. We help vulnerable populations across Middle Tennessee achieve and maintain healthy smiles, offering care, education, and hope through two clinics and outreach in a ten-county region.
The Role
The Program Administrator will lead our Nursing Home Oral Health Initiative, coordinating care delivery in long-term care facilities. This role manages facility partnerships, scheduling, and data tracking while ensuring residents receive consistent, prevention-based oral health services. Reporting to the Chief Officer of Statewide Initiatives, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between facilities, dental teams, and Interfaith staff.
