Job Description

Job Overview:
CareAcademy is seeking a skilled project-based Subject Matter Expert (SME) with thorough knowledge of CMS requirements for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) staff training. In this role, you will assess and refine our existing training content to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards. You will also provide strategic input to enhance the clarity, relevance, and effectiveness of our learning solutions for SNF professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of training materials to confirm alignment with CMS and other relevant guidelines.
  • Expert Guidance: Recommend improvements or updates to keep training accurate, engaging, and compliant with evolving regulations and best practices.
  • Evidence-Based Approach: Identify and incorporate reputable, up-to-date resources to support or strengthen course content.
  • Collaborative Input: Work with CareAcademy's Content and Quality team to maintain consistent instructional styles and high editorial standards.
  • Clear Communication: Transform complex clinical or regulatory information into concise, accessible content for a diverse audience of learners.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in skilled nursing facilities, with a focus on CMS training requirements.
  • Nursing degree or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to evaluate educational materials independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Prior experience as an instructor or educator, especially in healthcare.
  • Experience with online learning platforms or e-learning content development.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience and project scope.
