Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Documenting future-state ("to-be") business processes.
• Defining key performance indicators and identifying gaps in current processes.
• Partnering with external consultants to analyze and map business workflows.
• Leading or supporting system integration efforts and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Developing comprehensive training materials and, if needed, delivering training sessions to end users.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including technical trackers and project task schedules.
• Managing document governance and ensuring version control practices are followed.
• Acting as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and project stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment.
• Providing post-implementation support, potentially in an operational support role.
• Offering coaching and guidance to other members of the project team to ensure successful project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Project Management).
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in enterprise application environments.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the UKG/Kronos application suite.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis, mapping, and documentation.
• Familiarity with system integration methodologies and user acceptance testing (UAT) practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
