Planning, distributing, monitoring, and evaluating task execution and time usage;
Creating Gantt charts for projects;
Working with CRM and communication tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana, Slack, etc.);
Communicating with clients and the team;
Maintaining project documentation and reporting;
Developing test assignments;
Providing feedback to artists based on work results.
Proficiency in English at a level no lower than "Upper-Intermediate";
Experience working with CRM and time management systems;
Experience in the gamedev/art industry;
Ability to plan, structure, and automate your work;
Responsibility, organization, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
Will be a plus:
Experience with 2D/3D art projects;
Understanding of the art creation process for games;
Passion for computer/mobile games.
