We are working with a prestigious law firm specializing in providing comprehensive legal services to public entities, government agencies, and financial institutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Finance Associate to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on public finance transactions, including bond issuances, tax-exempt financings, and infrastructure projects.

- Structure and negotiate financing agreements and review legal documents.

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

- Provide strategic guidance and risk assessment.

- Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and licensed in good standing in Ohio

- 4-9 years of experience in public finance law.

- Strong knowledge of public finance regulations.
