Counsel | Public Finance (San Francisco)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Public Finance Counsel to join a highly regarded Infrastructure Group at a top law firm in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in public finance or project finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel (preferably on project finance transactions), lender’s counsel, and/or sponsor/equity counsel. Experience with transportation, water/wastewater, and public building projects is highly preferred.
