QA Engineering Intern

Department: QA Engineering

Director, QA Engineering
Duration:
20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs. With one transformative solution, the Reveleer platform enables plans to independently execute and manage every aspect of enrollment, provider outreach and data retrieval, coding, abstraction, reporting, and submissions. Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

Summary:

As a QA Intern, you will work closely with our QA team to assist in the testing of software products. Your role will involve identifying bugs, ensuring functionality, automate test cases and supporting the development team to maintain high product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, automating and executing test cases.
  • Perform manual testing on web applications.
  • Document and track bugs using [bug tracking tool, e.g., JIRA].
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings.
  • Help maintain and improve testing documentation.
  • Provide feedback to improve user experience and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (undergraduate or graduate).
  • Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of Jira or any other issue tracking system.
  • Previous internship or project experience in QA or software development.

Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
