Title: QA POS tester - 5+ Experience

W2 only , [NO - H1, C2C]

Expericence level: 4-5+

Summary:
Responsible for testing Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance across retail environments.

Works closely with development and business teams to validate software updates, integrations, and hardware compatibility.

Skills Required:

• Experience in POS systems testing (e.g., Oracle, NCR, Verifone).
• Knowledge of retail workflows and payment gateways.
• Familiarity with test tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated test cases for POS applications.
• Validate transactions, payment processing, and peripheral device integration (e.g., scanners, printers).
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to resolve issues.
• Perform regression, functional, and system testing in retail-like environments.
