UI Developer - Project Delivery Senior Analyst - AI & Engineering Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? Work you'll do/Responsibilities Working directly with one of our leading clients to design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for desktop applications using WPF and C#. Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, maintainable software. Working effectively in Agile development environments. Actively engage in upskilling to React and assist in future migrations or enhancements - Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management - Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes The Team AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements. Qualifications Required + 3+ years of hands-on experience developing user interfaces using WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), including a strong grasp of XAML, MVVM patterns, and UI design principles. + 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming with C#, particularly as it relates to building and maintaining desktop applications in a professional environment. + 3+ years of experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and foundational understanding of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). + Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn and upskill to modern web frameworks, specifically React, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and technology adoption. + Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and collaborative solutioning. + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred + Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly UI solutions. + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision + Excellent Written and Communication Skills Recruiting tips From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
