As we expand across San Antonio, we’re looking for a high-performing Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team. Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: Hourly 19-25hr — Based on Experience

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Saturday | Phone and scheduled showings as needed.
  • Occasional after-hours support for urgent calls, showings, or closings.
  • Frequent travel across terminals and on-site property inspections, and expos.
  • Exposure to weather, dust, and industrial environments.

What You'll Do:

You’ll be the engine that keeps our leasing operations running smoothly. From marketing strategies, industry networking, tenant onboarding to site inspections, your role is critical to ensuring occupancy goals are met, relationships are built, and operations stay on track.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and tenant communications.
  • Collaborate with terminal managers, bookkeepers, and ownership on leasing activities.
  • Show properties, handle inquiries, and close lease agreements with qualified tenants.
  • Manage move-ins, move-outs, lease documents, and inspections.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while resolving tenant concerns and maintenance issues.
  • Market available properties via social media, listing sites, and networking.
  • Assist with project analysis, new developments, and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain organized records and digital/paper file systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with housing laws and leasing regulations.
  • Help align leasing efforts with company values, strategy, and growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

This role requires a dynamic multitasker with people skills and an eye for detail. Someone who’s confident working independently but thrives as part of a mission-driven team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience in property or facilities management or sales.
  • Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: QuickBooks (Enterprise & Online), data entry, digital tools.
  • Sales-minded with leasing and negotiation experience.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative.
  • Able to manage pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Site visits, inspections, and physical activity.
