General Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent. This position will focus on full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions while also providing support (sourcing through scheduling) for higher-level roles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence three days per week. This role will also be responsible for being onsite as needed for in-person interviews.

You will sit directly with the People Operations team, work in close collaboration with all brands, and report to the Director, People Operations. 

Core Functions: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on entry-level talent acquisition.
  • Provide sourcing support for non-entry-level positions, working closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews, including scheduling interviews for requisitions owned by the Senior Recruiter, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview preparation, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and track metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience (in-house or agency), preferably in high-volume or entry-level hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and drive hiring processes efficiently.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job boards, and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (we use Workable) and HR software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex scheduling needs.
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate experience.

Compensation:

Peaksware/MakeMusic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual compensation range for this role in Colorado is $56,805 - $94,675. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.

This role is eligible for variable compensation, including bonus.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment that is well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned with adequate ventilation and a noise level that is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
