Regional Nurse Consultant - Skilled Nursing

We are seeking an experienced SNF Director of Nursing around Saginaw for a Regional position.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted skilled nursing operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary of $120,000 - $135,000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
• Prior experience managing multiple skilled nursing facilities — as a Nurse Consultant, Legal Nurse Consultant, Healthcare Consultant, Utilization Review Nurse, RN Consultant, or equivalent
• Ability to travel
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conducting operational review assessing regulatory compliance, operational efficiencies, and quality improvement
• Developing and implementing improvement processes
• Monitoring Infection Control and Incident Reports
• Maintaining knowledge of state,federal, and local rules and regulations
