Position Title: Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Duration: 8-Week Assignment
Hourly Pay: $70 to $78/hr
Weekly Pay: $2,625 to $2,925/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures.
Administer conscious sedation safely and monitor patients throughout procedures.
Perform IV insertion, phlebotomy, and other necessary procedures with precision and care.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians, radiology technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided in compliance with hospital policies.
Educate patients and their families regarding procedures, post-procedure care, and recovery.
Follow strict infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience required.
Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
Experience with conscious sedation.
Active New York State RN License with primary source verification.
Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
