We are seeking multiple Post Close Due Diligence (Credit) Underwriters for immediate contract opportunities. This is a 1099 per-file role where you can set your own schedule, but must commit to completing a minimum number of files weekly.

Minimum 5 years of Post Close Due Diligence Underwriting experience
Laura Mac experience required – candidates must be able to jump in with zero training
Non-QM underwriting experience required
Must reside in the U.S. and use your own equipment
Ability to work independently and deliver error-free work
Perform post-close due diligence underwriting on mortgage files
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements using Laura Mac software
Review and validate loan data with precision (no errors permitted)
Document findings, maintain QC records, and resolve discrepancies
Paid per file (details provided prior to hire)
