As a Lead Content Designer at Upwork, you’ll create clear, consistent, and compelling content that plays a pivotal role in the user experience across our platform. You’ll design UX content for our SaaS product, think in terms of flows and interactions, and ensure that language functions as a system that embodies our brand while adapting to meet users where they are. The annual base salary range for this position is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
Annual Base Compensation $122,500-$165,500 USD
