Detailing Role : We are seeking a skilled and experienced PEMB detailer. This position is fully remote. The Draftsman will be responsible for ensuring all project drawings and specifications are accurate and meet our quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with various team members to ensure that all details are correct and ready for the quoting and manufacturing processes.
Detailing Key Responsibilities :

* Review customer technical drawings and schematics using MBS .
* Verify the accuracy of all weights and ensure prices are included on all relevant details.
* Include copies of details for any parts not readily available in the manufacturing shop, ensuring they are organized with shop details.
* Perform thorough reviews and evaluations of completed drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
* Update and revise drawings as needed to reflect changes in materials or production methods throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and project objectives.
Detailing Qualifications :

* High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is preferred but not required.
* 5 years of experience as a draftsman, steel detailer of PEMB
* Expert with MBS software
* Solid understanding of metal building manufacturing processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Knowledge of metal building standards and regulations related to drafting and manufacturing.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
