Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Conducting market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, OTC, & diagnostics
• Providing RFP support to ensure methodology and resourcing are appropriate to achieve client objectives
• Quantitative project management, client briefing, method selection, questionnaire creation, and moderation of pretests (Required)
• Qualitative project management, client briefing, method selection, discussion guide creation, moderation of individual interviews, and/or group discussions (Preferred)
• Conception, preparation, and presentation of results reports
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary global teams

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in psychology, sociology, health economics, or a comparable field of study
• Extensive professional experience (at least 5 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field
• Candidate will preferably have experience with a range of market research projects
• The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• The candidate must multi-task and can work well under pressure
• The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The candidate has fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• The candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• This candidate is expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving the quality of our services
• The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives
