Position Overview:
The Residential Landscape Maintenance Manager will oversee the ongoing care and upkeep of high-end residential properties, managing a team of maintenance professionals to ensure each project is maintained to perfection. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, and a passion for exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage maintenance schedules for multiple high-end residential properties.
• Lead, train, and manage landscape maintenance crews to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Ensure proper care of landscapes, including plant health, irrigation, pruning, and seasonal tasks.
• Conduct site visits and quality control checks to maintain client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and needs, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the design and construction teams to understand the specific requirements of each project.
• Manage budgets, resources, and crew schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in high-end residential settings.
• Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance best practices.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
