What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
Knowledge of restaurant management structures
Experience in recruiting and/or sales
Proficiency with internet search engines and Microsoft Office
A high level of professionalism and integrity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow established recruiting protocols
Self-motivation and discipline
