LEO will be located within the iconic Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. This new venture will introduce RHC's signature style of sophisticated yet approachable dining to a new and dynamic market. The Kimmel Center, known for its world-class acoustics and its role as a cultural hub, will serve as a perfect backdrop for LEO, offering both residents and visitors an extraordinary culinary experience.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the venue. The Restaurant Manager oversees all f/t and p/t positions and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation, food-related ordinances, and alcohol service regulations.
The Manager will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, and promotion. The Manager will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The y must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required .
Qualifications
This role will pay a yearly salary of $75,000 to $85,000 and is bonus eligible
