Hillcrest Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility located in a beautiful, rural setting NW of Nashville. Hillcrest Healthcare's facility and equipment is well maintained by staff--many of whom have worked for the facility 10+ years. Nurse to resident ratios is consistently better than those in many other facilities in the area and the acuity level is low. Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking an RN Supervisor. Responsibilities:

• Directs the daily activities of the licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.
• Provides direct care skills skills such as colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, IV administration, etc in accordance with current policies and procedures, as assigned.
• Performs rounds to ensure resident needs are being met and personnel are performing their assigned duties.
• Participates in management team meetings as indicated to discuss census changes, resident changes in status or care need, or complaints or concerns.
• Assist in evaluating work performance of nursing personnel and implements discipline according to operational policies and as directed.
• Participates in QAPI activities as needed or assigned.
• Monitor job assignment and make changes as necessary.
• Manage absenteeism to ensure staffing is sufficient.
• Ensure Medications are administered as ordered.
• Review physician orders to ensure accuracy.
