Job Description In this position the successful candidate will prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects. A detailed understanding of various roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, and PVC is essential. The ideal candidate will also provide assistance to the Project Managers and Operations Management as it relates to bidding, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities. Estimating, project management, tracking budget expenses, planning and verbal communication are all key skills needed for this position.
