The Hyper-Automation Business Analyst serves as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, mining business processes and translating business requirements into IT solutions. In addition, they play a pivotal role in the dissemination of automation across the organization, leveraging Team Node's models for Citizen Engagement based on past experiences. Responsibility : They are responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements, converting business needs into clear, achievable user stories and customer journeys.Recommended Certifications:
