Extensive experience in Automation Anywhere, Co-Pilot, and Generative AI .
Additional experience with UiPath and Blue Prism (preferred).
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development
Expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions following standard RPA design principles .
Skilled in RPA scripting using VBScript, Python, JavaScript, and VBA Macros .
Proficient in developing automation solutions with .NET using Visual Studio .
Ability to evaluate and recommend RPA tools based on scalability, security, and integration capabilities .
Process Optimization & System Integration
Ability to analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail.
Skilled in translating business processes into RPA solutions .
Overseeing the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless interoperability.
Conducting feasibility checks and designing process automation workflows.
Solution Design & Documentation
Expertise in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into:
Functional specifications
Use case diagrams
Workflow process diagrams
Data flow/data model diagrams
Experience in process automation reviews and identifying optimal solutions for enterprise RPA strategies.
Technical leadership in RPA development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to security, data privacy, and system dependencies .
Collaborates effectively with business stakeholders to define automation needs and strategies.
Supports project planning by communicating risks, issues, and change control inputs .
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
Quick learner , adaptable to new technologies and concepts .
Self-motivated , able to work independently without supervision .
Deep understanding of customer requirements and pain points .
