Flexible Working Hours * Health Insurance * PTO & Sick Leave Responsibilities: * Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs * Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager * Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening * Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively * Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Prior Sales experience preferred, not necessary
• Customer Service skills
• Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
• Computer Literacy required
• Prior Car Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
