They specialize in face-to-face brand promotion for leading telecommunications companies—and they’re looking to add 5 new team members to their retail marketing team across the Chicagoland Area.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn sales and marketing strategies through hands-on, personalized coaching

• Engage directly with customers in retail settings to promote wireless products and services

• Educate shoppers on plan options, promotions, and product features

• Guide customers through purchases and ensure top-tier service

• Suggest additional products that match customer needs

• Record customer interactions and progress using internal tools

• Work with your team to hit goals and continuously improve performance

• Join daily meetings focused on growth, leadership, and sales training

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

• Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to a team

• Positive attitude and a competitive spirit

• Flexible and quick to adapt in a dynamic retail environment

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus—but not required
