Job Description

Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Wilmington, DE

Reponsibilites

Requirements configuration/customization/development
Incident resolution for tickets created by Customer
Data management for data related tickets created by Customer
Salesforce application administration
Build components deployment to higher sandboxes
Ensure quality of the deliverables by performing testing(manual) for the components built/modified as part of the project
Support System Integration Testing
Support User Acceptance Testing
Documentation of work performed as part of the project
Provide estimates for assigned requirements
Support for Salesforce releases
Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, and workflows
Responsible for sandbox management
Inform stakeholders and prepare for upgrades
Responsible for working on Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce technologies to maintain/build solutions that support business requirements
Adhere to best practices for application development and unit testing
Responsible for code coverage related to development activity
Responsible for deployments and migrations for assigned tickets
