Role : Salesforce Developer / Administrator

Location : Preferably Oklahoma or Central Standard Time (CST) (remote or hybrid options available)

Position Type: Contract for 6 months

Pay Rate Range : $70.00 - $90.00 / Hourly

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Admin to support, enhance, and expand our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both declarative configuration and programmatic development, ensuring Salesforce is optimized for business processes, data integrity, and long-term scalability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving business challenges with elegant Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

· Create and maintain objects, fields, flows, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users across the organization.

· Ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and integrity through regular audits and maintenance.

· Lead or contribute to Salesforce enhancement projects, including new feature rollouts and system improvements.

· Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management processes.

· Recommend best practices to improve the Salesforce environment and overall user experience.

Preferred Experience:

·3+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Security Model).

· Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and core Salesforce development concepts.

· Understanding of data modeling, integrations, and API fundamentals.

· Ability to work in CST hours; preference for candidates based in Oklahoma or surrounding regions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification.

· Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.

· Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.) is a plus.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
